As a passionate yoga teacher and trauma-informed yoga specialist, I empower individuals to reclaim their strength and well-being. With a background in personal training and a commitment to women's health and safety advocacy, I guide my clients on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and resilience. As the author of "Reclaim and Rise," I share insights on reclaiming your identity after fitness challenges. Currently studying to become a counseling specialist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
