As a passionate yoga teacher and trauma-informed yoga specialist, I empower individuals to reclaim their strength and well-being. With a background in personal training and a commitment to women's health and safety advocacy, I guide my clients on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and resilience. As the author of "Reclaim and Rise," I share insights on reclaiming your identity after fitness challenges. Currently studying to become a counseling specialist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

I take a trauma-informed, body-led approach—meeting you where you are and helping you rebuild strength, safety, and trust in yourself.

1. Trauma-Informed Coaching (Reclaim & Rise)

  • Gentle, non-retraumatising conversations at your pace

  • Restore a sense of control, identity, and inner stability

  • Support through anxiety, overwhelm, and post-trauma rebuilding

2. Yoga & Breathwork (Nervous System Reset)

  • Simple, grounding practices to reconnect you with your body

  • Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and reduce stress

  • Focus on safety, softness, and rebuilding physical confidence

  • Suitable for all levels, especially if you feel disconnected or tense

3. Running Coaching (Reclaim & Run Method)

  • Gradual return to running in a safe, supported way

  • Learn to listen to your body and move without fear

  • Build resilience, strength, and emotional release through movement

  • Designed to help you feel empowered, capable, and in control again
